The Avenue hotel downtown Bishkek. Kyrgyzstan-our base of operations-not chosen by me-it fulfills a need, not sure I can recommend it though. I thought it would be better to be with the base of operations for comings and going as well as better for social opportunities after the seminars. Since this was my third time in Bishkek, I didn't plan to do any specific sightseeing trips. I am planning on exploring Almaty on my return instead.
