Dinner was at Agaru Sagaru Nishi-Iru Higashi-Iru, a modern kaiseki restaurant in Harajuku. The starter was marinated deep fried greenling, mushroom, and onion.

The Broiled seasonal fish, stewed pork belly, Japanese rolled egg, deep fried bamboo shots, deep fried yuba (tofu skin), chilled sweet potato soup, sakura shrimp and broad beans in soybean and sesame sauce, and asparagus with sesame cream sauce.

Seasonal cooked rice with pickles and darkbrown miso soup.
