Jasmine is a Chinese restaurant near my apartment on Meiji dori. I had the holiday lunch set ¥1500 which offers two starters (above), soup, desert, and the choice of several mains.
I went with the mabu dofu, which was pretty tame in the spiciness factor. Chinese places can be a little pricey in Tokyo, I think there are cheaper and better tasting places nearby.
That looks fancier than your average Chinese.

True, but like I said it wasn't spicy enough for me. There's a former Micheline One star place in the same neighborhood, Masa 47, which I prefer to this place as a high end Chinese option. However, there's still a couple of Chinese place walking distance that I haven't tried yet.
