Yes, you helped cultivate my Thai food palate. So whenever I go to a Thai place I try this dish to size up the restaurant. I could eat this for lunch or dinner every day of my life.

I think the focus on Thai food here might be slightly different, with a bit more emphasis on the curries, perhaps because curries are more palatable to western tastes. Pad thai is also popular, as is tom yum. I kep forgetting what that dish is called - can you remind me so that I can order it again some day.

This is "Gai Pad Gapow" or basil chicken, you often have the choice to order it with minced pork instead of chicken.
