Schultzy's is a U-District institution and was one of my favorite places to eat on the Ave. (which is a commercial street near the University of Washington). It's been gentrified and has become an upscale eatery, but they still have a selection of sausages, which was their forte along with some spicy chili with sausage. Now they have beer and cocktails and decent happy hour as you can see I got a German Pilsner-Veltins and a Ragin Cagin (the spicier cousin of Andouille. Smoky garlic flavor, but a little more heat-served w/ grilled onions & peppers).
