I find it strange that Singapore, a majority Chinese country, would still have a Chinatown. And that last picture looks suspiciously like an Indian temple, unless it's the local Chinese steakhouse.

It is a Hindu temple that is located in Chinatown. I think the Chinatown is a historical reminder of where the Chinese lived when the originally settled there.
