Maxwell Food Center is one of Singapore's most famous hawker centers near Chinatown.
Tian Tian serves some of Singapore's finest chicken rice and was featured on an episode of Anthony Bourdrain's show No Reservations.
I couldn't resist having a small portion.
There were a couple of elaborate Buddhist shrines in the center.
