The Lao Kitchen is a relatively new restaurant in Vientiane. I had a nice lunch there with the coordinator of my volunteer seminar and homestay. Here's a new dish (for me), river seaweed with some jelly beef.
The main dish was a ginger chicken stiry fry. Overall, stylish and well-prepared traditional food.
