I saw Dean Wareham playing Galaxie 500 songs a few months ago. Those songs really hold up, and he still sounds great. As do the Fellows--they opened for Robyn Hitchcock on my 40th birthday, at the Triple Door. Rock!

I'm really envious, I have yet to see him play live. During Luna's last tour they played Tokyo about 1000 feet from where I was living at the time, but I didn't know about the show until the day after. As far as I know Dean & Britta have yet to tour Japan.

The Robyn Hitchcock YYF show sounds like it was fun, too.
