Nagoya style ramen is heavy on the miso-the taste is much stronger than Hokkaido style miso ramen.
Furaibo is a local Nagoya izakaya chain that specializes in tebasaki (chicken wings).
There were several varieties: original (kind of sweet with seseame, spicy, and black pepper style).
Just in case you don't know how to eat the wings there are instructions.
I might even have been to one of these after the afore mentioned baseball game. There were 'Buffalo Wings' on offer, though unless they were pigmy buffalos I reckon they might have been inappropriately named chicken wings.
P.S. I have now enlightened myself as to the origin of the name courtesy of Wikipedia. As expected, no Buffalos died in the making of those wings.
