I reckon Welsh onions and miso make Ramen. I won't order anything (by choice) except negi miso ramen since my time in Japan.

I think you are missing out if that's all you eat. But that being said miso ramen is probably my favorite as well. Did you check out my link to the NY Times article on ramen shops in Tokyo?(I think it's listed in the Food & Drink section) There is a huge vareity of ramen shops out there.

Ramen is only just becoming common over here for some reason. You could hardly get a decent bowl 10 years ago, but they're starting to pop up all over the place now. Whilst I don;t order other Ramens I often try the types Jeleesan orders and I'm always happy with the negi miso. If I ate ramen more often than once every 3 or 4 months then I'd probably spread my wings a bit.
