Arie and Yuki

Dang. Yuki and I had discussed rules by which Japan should live by such as never electing comedians, actors or novelists as politicians. However if I ever heard a Japanese politician speak so frankly and honestly it would short circuit all my perceptions.

Novelists as a special breed my arse - just a few perhaps. Twain and Murakami come quickly to mind.

MC

I appreciate the speech, but not sure how effective a politician Murakami would be given his eccentricities.
