There is a small chain of churascos that has set up a restaurant near me. Sweet JELLYBEANS, I love that food. It's a bit expensive, so I've only been there once for a special occasion, but considering it was all-you-can-eat of some extremely fine food, I was a happy camper. The trick is to completely avoid the salad bar, which has so many yummy foods that one could make a meal out of that alone, thus filling up before the meat ever came around to the table.
