The Nihon University College of Indusrial Technology in Narashino, Chiba is another new job. Nihon Unviersity has 15 campuses and is the largest University in Japan. I can't say that the students are totally in love with English, but they're not bad and the pay is more than sufficient to justify the hour plus commute.
