Cool, I've crossed that foot bridge many times.
This is the area of Tokyo most changed since my days in the early - mid 90's. This whole area was just a train yard and a bunch of industrial warehouses. It was run down and one of the few places that didn't feel safe at night.
Now it's all department stores, high end shops, Starbucks, Eddie Bauer, hotels, DocoMo and just out of the picture the Microsoft Sales office.
