The Marunouchi Building is part of the redevelopment of the area near Tokyo Station, the second busiest station in Japan. I really like the open atrium in which you can see a car promotion event being staged in the photo above. I also like the 5th floor, which is in the pictue below, you can eat in a smaller open air atrium, and there are several good, moderately priced restaurants. If you want to shell out more for a better veiw there are several high class restaurants on the 25th floor as well. A Dean & DeLuca gourmet eatery (there's also one in Shinagawa station and a window in Shibuya station) has opened nearby (in the Mitsubishi Trust and banking Building) as well-giving the area a sort of "Big Apple" feel to it, since the new buildings that have been built in that area are designed to fit in with some of the older ones that have been preserved.
