Apparently there is a plan to build a huge building near Myogadani station, this is a poster protesting against it. I'm not sure why citizens are protesting, it's not like it will take away people's views and it seems more efficient to build up in Tokyo, which is overrun with the urban sprawl of small and medium sized buildings.

Is the scale off in this poster, or are the surrounding buildings that are threatened to be dwarfed about half a meter high?

Yeah, I wonder about that as well. The tiny sticks inthe red circle are supposed ot be people, so It is supposed to be up to scale.
