This was my first visit to Beacon even though it has been around for a while. It is part of David Chido's T.Y.Express company with others like Cicada, etc. It is one of the few places in Tokyo with brunch and I got an omelet with ham, green peppers, onions cheddar cheese, and mushrooms with home fries, choice of bacon or sausage, a fruit cup, and bread. It was great but a little pricey at ¥2700. I would also like to try out the Huevos rancheros or the massive burger I saw another customer chowing down on another visit.
